•The item was delivered damaged or defective.
•You contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds on:

•Custom orders or personalized scents
•Items returned after 24 hours of purchase
How to Request a Refund

2.Include your order number, a photo of the item (if damaged), and a brief explanation.
3.Once approved, we’ll guide you on the return process.
Refund Processing
